The Avenue Church - Waxahachie, TX

The Avenue Church, formally Ferris Avenue Baptist Church, is in the process of relocating their church to a 76 acre site located on Highway 77, just north of YMCA Drive, in Waxahachie, Texas. As part of their long range planning process, the church engaged BASIC to create a preliminary Master Plan for the property. Phase I of the proposed Master Plan is currently in design and includes approximately 25,000 s.f. for a multi-purpose, worship, recreation and education facility.

Visalia First Assembly of God - Visalia, CA

Visalia First Assembly, in Visalia, California is in the process of expanding their current facilities. We have developed a preliminary Concept Site Plan for the existing 40 acre property. It is anticipated that Phase I of the proposed Concept Site Plan would include a Worship Center for 3000–3500 persons and an associated Community Commons Space of approximately 10,000-15,000 s.f.

First Baptist Church Colleyville - Colleyville, TX

First Baptist Church Colleyville in Colleyville, Texas is expanding their campus. BASIC has developed a Master Plan for their existing 20.3 acre site. BASIC is also providing designs for the Phase I implementation of the plan which includes a new 14,500 s.f. Student Ministy Building that will accommodate education, worship and recreational events. In addition, BASIC has redesigned 4,800 s.f. of the existing facility into a youth gaming center and youth administrative office. The existing 17,000 s.f. facility is also being updated with the addition of fire protection and fire alarm systems. FBC Colleyville is currently in the planning and architectural design phase of their project.
